Nutella Crepes Recipe
This recipe makes a delicious and easy Nutella crepe, perfect for a sweet breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Kodiak Pancake Mix [00:01]
Water (add slowly until a runny paste is formed) [00:05]
Oil (for cooking) [00:18]
Nutella [00:59]
Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) [01:27]
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (for drizzling) [01:32]
Whipped cream [01:41]
Fruits (such as blueberries) [01:44]
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
Take 1/2 cup of Kodiak Pancake Mix in a bowl [00:01].
Slowly add water to the pancake mix while stirring with a spoon [00:05]. Continue adding water until you achieve a runny paste consistency [00:13].
Cook the Crepe:
Heat a skillet and sprinkle some oil on it [00:18].
Pour a spoonful of the batter onto the skillet [00:20].
Use the back of the spoon to spread the batter evenly in a circular motion to form a thin crepe [00:26].
Sprinkle some oil on top of the crepe and around its sides [00:44].
Once the crepe is lightly browned on one side, flip it over to cook the other side [00:49].
Once cooked, remove the crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate [00:54].
Assemble the Crepe:
Spread a thin layer of Nutella on one side of the cooked crepe [01:00].
Fold the crepe in half [01:12].
Spread another thin layer of Nutella on the folded half [01:14].
Fold the crepe again to form a quarter circle [01:22].
Garnish and Serve:
