The recipe for Hakka Noodles:
Ingredients
Half a pack of thin noodles [00:07]
1/4 cup of oil [01:11]
Half a capsicum, half an onion, 3 spring onions, 3 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger, 7 carrots, and 1 cup of cabbage [00:09]
1 teaspoon of red chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of green chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce [01:30]
Salt and black pepper to taste [01:50]
Cooking Process
Boil noodles in 4 cups of water with 1 teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking [00:17].
Chop all the vegetables into thin slices [00:30].
Once the noodles are cooked, strain them [01:04].
Heat a wok with 1/4 cup of oil and sauté the ginger and garlic for 2 minutes [01:11].
Add all the vegetables, except the spring onions, and cook for 5 minutes, ensuring they remain a little crunchy [01:17].
Add the sauces (red chili, green chili, ketchup, and dark soy sauce) and mix everything together [01:30].
Add the boiled noodles, salt, and black pepper, then toss everything to combine [01:43].
Sprinkle the chopped spring onions on top and mix well [02:00].
