Instructions
1. Sauté the Aromatics
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pot. Add the finely chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for a short while [00:55].
Add the chopped onions and sauté for 2–3 minutes just until the raw smell disappears; do not overcook [01:07].
2. Add the Main Ingredients
Add the pre-boiled kidney beans, green capsicum, cucumber, boiled pasta, chopped red tomatoes, and pre-boiled chickpeas to the pot [01:24].
