Instructions:
Prepare the vegetables:
Cut half red and half green bell peppers into large cubes [07:00].
Cut one onion into large cube pieces [15:00].
Cut another onion into small pieces [18:00].
Make a paste of tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and green chilies [18:00].
Cook the spices:
Heat ¼ cup of oil in a hot pan [26:00].
Add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, 1 red chili, 1 bay leaf, and 1 cinnamon stick [27:00].
Sauté onions and add paste:
