Spinach

Garlic

Garam Masala

Salt

Here is the recipe for the Indian dish Sarson Ka Saag :

Ingredients
1 bunch of mustard leaves

2 bunches of spinach

1 big piece of ginger

4 pieces of garlic

4 green chilies

1 big onion

Oil

Cumin seeds

Fenugreek seeds

1 red chili

1 teaspoon Garam Masala

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon desi ghee

Instructions
Wash the mustard leaves and spinach [00:14].

Add the washed leaves to a pressure cooker with 3 cups of water, ginger, and garlic [00:15].

Boil the mixture for 3 whistles.

Chop the onion and green chilies [00:30].

After the leaves are boiled, blend them into a paste [00:39].

In a separate pan, heat 1/3 cup of oil, then add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and a red chili [00:50]. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until light brown [00:59].

Add the chopped green chilies [01:03].

Pour the blended leaf paste into the pan and mix well [01:09].

Add Garam Masala and salt, then cover and cook.

When the saag is almost ready, add 2 tablespoons of desi ghee and mix it in [01:20].

The final dish is then served in a bowl, garnished with green chilies [01:32].
